We install leak free roofs, and support that statement with a 5 year ltd warranty. Because we are certified installers of brands like CertainTeed, we can also support a stronger warranty (20 years) when we install an entire roofing system using a single brand. For example, if we install CertainTeed singles, but use our suppliers brand of felt paper, ice and water shield, weather watch, etc. you'll receive a better price, but only the 5 year ltd warranty and a 20 year warranty on the shingles. When you install only CertainTeed products, your price may be a little higher, but your full roofing system is supported with a 20 year ltd warranty.

We are certified installers of several shingle roofing brands. We are also experienced installers of flat roofing systems, like rubber or epdm.

We install all of the major shingle roofing brands, including GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, IKO, and Tamco. When we install a new roof, we let you choose from 25 year, 30 year, 40 year, and limited lifetime shingles (which last appx 50 years). These are all excellent options for a replacement roof, and choosing one over the other can be a tough decision without knowing which roof is designed for what needs. • We tell you the pitch of your existing roof - if your roof is an 8/12 pitch or less we will walk on your roof to measure it.
• We can estimate your home even if you prefer not to take time from your day to be there, though we love the opportunity to see you in person and demonstrate our work.
• We offer you a 5 year workmanship warranty, with options for an extended warranty through the material manufacturer on every roof we install.
• We let you know the length of time it will take to replace your roof - most roofs can be completed in just one day, but larger roofs may take an additional day. We schedule your new roof installation on large roofs when the forecast is dry, and use roofing tarps to waterproof your home overnight when needed.
• In most cases, we can estimate your roof on location in less than 30 mins.
• If you have hail damage, and need to file an insurance claim, we can send a copy of your estimate to your insurance company for you.
• We replace all of your pipe collars at no additional cost when doing your roof replacement, and also install new ridge vents for premium ventilation when your home allows.
• Upon request, we can bring sample boards to show you large examples of the shingle options you are considering.
