We've kept our company at a managable size for a reason, we want to be able to keep our prices low for you. Though we stay busy, we're almost always able to schedule a new roof installation with you in about 3 working days from the time you sign your agreement with us.

We do enough roofing jobs every month to keep our supply costs low, but work hard enough that we don't have to hire an office full of people to push your prices up. I'm the owner, Heather. I inspect every roof that has been installed, and make sure each new roof we install is dignified enough to earn the CZ Roofing label. Your referral means something to us. We know that when one roof needs to be replaced in your charlotte area neighborhood, other roofs in the same area will need to be replaced soon too. We set our prices at a level that earns your business, then do a job that earns your referral.

We have a very experienced team of roofers that work together to install a new roof that will make your home look newer and more valuable. Our roofers are carefully interviewed, and required to install a number of roofs (usually 10-15) with an owner on site during the entire process. Even after they meet our success quota, we visit each job site to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Our roof repair experts are taken through an even more difficult evaluation process, because we understand that finding the source of a leak can prove more challenging than removing an entire roof and installing a new one in its place.

You'll be able to reach Heather (me), the owner, with any questions. We also leave a project manager on site to make sure there is always someone available to answer your questions. Upon completion of your new roof installation, we also make it a priority to follow up with you so that we can make be sure you're happy with your new roof or roof repair and that your home and everything around it are in good condition when we leave.
