• Of course, we'll want your name, phone number, and the address you'll want us to meet you for your roofing estimate or repair. We also verify that you are the owner of your home, and are authorized to make a roof repair. After that we will ask questions that get to the heart of your roofing problem.

1. Is your roof leaking, do you have an active roof leak?

3. How many roof leaks do you see, and where do you see your roof leak appearing?
4. How long has your roof been leaking?
5. Do you have an attic access that will allow us to see the underside of your roof?
   
6. What is the slope or pitch of your roof? Is your roof walkable, almost flat, or very steep?
7. How many stories is your home?
8. How old is your home? Is this the origional roof? If not, when was your roofing system replaced?
9. Have you had another roofer do a roof repair within the year, or have you had a roofer install a new roof within two years?
